Return or Refund Policy

- Return or refund is limited to 14 days after delivery. Therefore, we recommend that each customer check the item as soon as it arrives.
- Return or refund is only available for: defective, damaged or wrong item.
- Please take photos of defective, damaged or wrong item, which will contribute to solve the problem faster.
- All returned items must be brand-new, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.
- We will initiate a refund for you in about 2 workdays after we verify the details of the issue.
- Please return the parcel to the specified after-sales address, instead of the shipping address on the parcel.
